I'm a fan of the Clyde Victor Rivalry, I wish we'd get more of them and their 'business dealings'. I'd also like another younger villain to come to town as I think Victor and Stephano are nearing the end of their bad guy days.

Yes. You know, with JM and JA really up there in years, Days needs to develop a new "big bad" and the Clyde is a different person from either of them but very smart and evil. I always recognized that they wrote him as a man from a rural area who played the hick to fool people but was very smart and conniving.

I'm thinking Victor and Stefano are going to team up against Clyde to get revenge, but first Stefano has to learn that Clyde was behind EJ's death...and I think that will be uncovered by Victor and Rafe.

I really don't want Victor to double cross Kate but I think we are for the sl moving that direction. I like Victor and Kate together, they make so much more sense to me than Victor and Maggie. I don't know the history of Victor and Kate's marriage, but I do remember Lucas commenting on living in the mansion and having Victor as a stepfather he said it to Sonny I believe.

I'm wondering if Victor will double cross both Kate and Stefano and come out on top himself. I thought for sure he would double cross Kate, until Friday when i wasn't sure.
If he has somehow found out that Clyde was involved with EJ's death, then I think he'll want to be on Stefano's side so they can team up against him.

I'm just hoping the Kate and Clyde and Victor story somehow dovetails with Wilson/Paul as well as the Thrady baby and Stefano.
Clyde was the cause of EJ's death and had Sonny stabbed.
He's been muscling in on Victor's business.
Chad sabotaged the new club or let it fail to have Sonny in his debt.
Will went to LA in the aftermath of EJ's death.
Brady is Sonny's second cousin and could be Paul's half brother.
Will's aunt Belle would be Paul's half sister.
Paul's conception is somehow connected to the DiMeras.
Theresa is friends with Paul and she is Will's cousin.
There are many connections to be made if the writers decide to tie everything together.

I wish Theresa was interacting with WilSon more. It doesn't make sense that Will and Theresa had one scene together. Theresa needs some connection in Salem other than her grandmother and Eric. But Paul and Theresa make awesome friends. Paul is alone in town, and Theresa doesn't have any friends. They fit well together.
And I agree Honeybees, I don't want Sonny's stabbing to go unpunished. But I also want Adrienne and Sonny to know about it. Right now they seem to be somehow blaming Will. They need to know the stabbing was a revenge.

I guess we'll see if they ever get back around to that s/l. When Sonny was stabbed, we got to see Will gradually become the person he was before everything went downhill. He recommitted himself to Sonny, in his mind put the ONS behind him and we saw plenty of evidence of his devotion to Sonny. But the show doesn't always give the Sonny the same care as Will, even though having him finally drive the story was really great. I want to see Sonny get his business acumen back, figure out what Chad did to him and be seen being good at what he does again. I think the character is owed that. If he discovers his beloved Uncle Vic's mob war led to his stabbing, all the better. I want him to see the consequences of being close to Victor, especially since we've seen him go to Victor for help in the last year - by getting Will a job and then there was the business about "If you ever need someone killed, you come to me". |
